Turner provided Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Union Bank (Union Bank) construction management services for the build-out of their multi-floor headquarters, located at 1221 Avenue of the Americas. Completed in phases to accommodate their occupancy requirements, the headquarters on floors 6 through 8, features a conference center, raised flooring throughout and an array of high-end finishes such as custom millwork and imported stone. Infrastructure upgrades included new cooling towers, UPS system and supplemental HVAC. The 200,000 s.f. headquarters also features a design-built staircase connecting all three floors.
